		<description>haha are you sure because that&#039;s pretty much an exact description of Art Stewart (spelled it wrong the first time). The reason I ask is that in my micro class this term he mentioned that one of his fourth year students wrote a really good paper on the NHL CBA. Just though it would be funny if this was it.</description>
