But how do you acquire Frye and Smith? Smith is an RFA and they play for separate teams, plus we have little cap space, so the flexibility isn't strong enough to secure two different deals for up-and-coming players, I don't think. How would you go about it?

I like the idea of josh smith or jr smith mike miller over magette

Jose/Ukic
Moon/Kapono/Delfino
Bosh/Frye/ K HUMP ( SHOULD BE GIVEN MORE TIME TO PLAY)
Bargnani/Lopez/Magloire

Lopez is good but has a back up. Bargnani will become a top scorer in the future despite slump. magloire well should finsih his carrer in canada. channging fyre is really good i would like to see him in the raps doubt it thought. KEEP JOSE TRADE TJ

Good sir, yours was the only plan that had any semblance of reality or notion of what the this team we all love as to do to ACTUALLY get better. Making deals simply for the sake of doing anything is what gets GMs in trouble. Trading malcontent starting PGs that can't distribute the ball, thats what gets GMs contract extensions. You know what to do BC.
