Cleveland, Detroit, and Buffalo are the three NFL franchises closest to us. They have all existed for the entire Super Bowl era. None of them have won a Super Bowl. In my opinion, they're rebuilding, and doing it the right way. First they're fixing the defensive and offensive lines, and then in the next couple drafts, hopefully they'll acquire some more exciting, marketable play-makers.
